ALMAR Foundation
Through a generous grant from the ALMAR Foundation, PSC was able to develop a partnership with New Avenues for Youth, another Portland non-profit that is dedicated to the prevention & intervention of youth homelessness. New Avenues hosted two parenting classes for teenage parents experiencing homelessness led by PSC teacher Mia Pisano. Thank-you ALMAR!
OnPoint Community Credit Union offered PSC a valuable 2019 grant for use in our scholarship program for parenting classes. We were able to offer seven families a partial scholarship to make our parenting series affordable for them. We thank OnPoint for their continued interest in our work and hope to continue this partnership in 2020!
